Skills Development
Academy
$150 + fee
Girls grades 3–12 · Fall Sep 1–Nov 30 · Reg. Aug 1–Sep 30, 2026
- Structured skills development — fall, winter, spring & summer
- Elite tryout invitation (team costs separate)
- AAU membership required & verified at registration
Complete Development Pathway
Academy + Team
$180 + fee
Girls grades 3–8 · Fall Sep 1–Nov 30 · Reg. Aug 1–Sep 30, 2026
- Full Academy access + Elite tryout invitation
- Selected → Elite (team fees apply); not selected → Columbia Basin league team
- AAU membership required & verified; team not guaranteed
Limited Academy Access
Limited Academy + Team
$100 + fee
Girls grades 3–8 · Reg. Aug 1–Sep 30, 2026
- Academy access Oct 1–Nov 30, up to 1 session/week (program rule)
- Fall league play, practices & 1 reversible jersey included
- Every player guaranteed a team placement (not a specific team); AAU required & verified

- Regional tournament competition

How It Works
The Academy + Team Pathway
The complete route: develop in the Academy, try out for Elite, and compete either way.
Train in the Academy
Full Academy access builds fundamentals, confidence, and basketball IQ across the season.
Try Out for Elite
Academy participants receive an invitation to try out for MLBA Elite.
Selected → Elite
Athletes selected join MLBA Elite and pay the team-specific costs.
Not Selected → League
Athletes not selected are placed on a Columbia Basin league team and keep competing.
