Development First
The MLBA Academy is a girls player-development academy focused on the long game. We build a strong foundation of fundamentals and technique, layer in basketball IQ, and grow each athlete's confidence — meeting every player where she is and helping her improve.
Academy participants also receive an invitation to try out for MLBA Elite, our tryout-based competitive program. If selected for Elite, separate team fees apply.
What Athletes Develop

Player Evaluations
Coaches assess each athlete's growth so training targets the right next step.
Confidence & Character
A positive, challenging environment that builds confidence on and off the court.
Basketball IQ
Reading the game — spacing, decision-making, and team concepts that translate to competition.
